Summoned from the fourth Sinus of Takubar, Hoarfrost will convey your goods (or the goods of your groupmates) to the cold-flame pits of Oblivion in exchange for mortal coins.
Ancient bindings prevent them from appearing in Cyrodiil or Battlegrounds.
